Full time position. Will be responsible for minor to moderately complex remodeling, repairs and maintenance to buildings, general landscaping and janitorial duties. Two (2) years general maintenance experience and one (1) year experience driving oversized vehicles required. Post high school training or certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry a plus. Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen. We are looking for an individual with strong organizational, written, problem solving, verbal communication and time management skills. Must have a valid NMDL with a clean Agency insurable driving record, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check, and drug screen. We offer a great benefit package.
