Holmans USA LLC, a leading supplier of Precision Computing, Measurement, and Printing solutions, has a part time position open for a Sales Fulfillment Specialist. 

 Job Summary:

This position is responsible for processing orders from our customers. Downloading orders directly from our customers procurement systems, validating these orders and entering directly or submitting electronically to our order processing system. Communicating ETA dates and inventory levels to our customers, backorder management, expediting orders/products to meet customer needs and delivery requirements and managing product returns. Maintaining order efficient to meet our commitments, sales goals and minimize loss.

Essential Functions:

1)      Daily downloading and processing of customer orders

2)      Daily monitoring of backorders and  expedite as required

3)      Adhere to our contractual requirements

4)      Stock file maintenance item SKU & bundle creation & updates

5)      Processing of customer returns

6)      Maintenance of special pricing agreements with vendor/suppliers

7)      Assist accounts receivable department as needed

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Required:

1)      Inventory management, backorder management and supply chain knowledge.

2)      Excellent mathematics skills.

3)      Excellent email and phone communication skills.

4)      Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.

5)      Be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.

6)      Sit for extended periods of time; meet expectations for attendance and punctuality.

Desirable:

1)      Experience with accounts payable and/or receivable.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

1)      High School diploma.

2)      Recent graduate of 2 or 4 year degree program or related work experience.

Compensation will be $12-$14 per hour commensurate with experience and education.
