BroadPath Healthcare Solutions is hiring Bilingual Member Service Representatives all across the United States. These are 100% remote/work from home positions. Pay ranges between $12-$15 per hour depending on experience. 

At BroadPath, we are dedicated to delivering optimum customer service to clients and customers. No two healthcare customers are alike and our goal is to be able to serve everyone with the same quality, experience and passion. We are expanding our team of Bilingual Member Service Representatives who will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from members, in both English and Spanish, that could pertain to benefit and eligibility information, claims and billing, primary care physician assignments, etc. Additionally, representatives will receive calls from providers regarding member eligibility, coverage, benefit types, copays, claims, etc. Join our team of “BroadPathers” who have exceptional customer service skills, are dedicated to client and member satisfaction, and drive quality and results every day. Qualifications

  • Required Fluency in Spanish and English for bilingual positions. 
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Member Services Agent for a health plan
  • Must have strong technical skills (Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude, etc.)
  • Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills including: the ability to effectively search for and type information on the computer, navigate through multiple windows and screens quickly, and inputting information accurately while keeping pace with the call
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional customer focus and customer relations skills
  • Dedicated to client satisfaction & acts with customers in mind
  • Reliable internet with 5 mbps download and 2 mbps upload speed (we provide you with the equipment)
