We are seeking a Long Term Cleaning Technician/Maid to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have a positive attitude and keep your personal issues at home.
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY, MUST TRULY ENJOY CLEANING
  • Must be able to lift up to 35LBS
  • Experience is a PLUS
  • Must be able to work long hours sometimes or in excess of 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week at times, M-F Days, some weekends
  • Must be responsible and self-starting

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields, not necessary, will train.
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Fast paced working environment
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must pass a background check
  • 1 week paid vacation after working for one year, full time. This is noncumulative and will be collected for vacation but must be used before the end of the second year. Days off are interchangeable with sick leave or any other type of absenteeism from a day that you are regularly scheduled to work. During the second year of employment, on top of your one week vacation, after the first five months into your second year, you will receive one day off, paid, per month assuming you have not been tardy or called in for any reason that is not acceptable or excessive. That is an additional 7 paid days of time off on top of 5 days paid vacation. If you are sick or must miss working the day will count as a paid day off counted off toward your additional vacation/sick leave time, or for whatever reason.
  • There will be a two-week evaluation in which you will be oriented and we will evaluate you on a 20 point system. This system helps us determine if you will be able to learn and perform the job skills needed; otherwise, you will be gently terminated.
  • You will be given a $75.00 advance after working three full days.
  • You will be given a $200.00 advance after working two weeks.
  • Advances will be deducted from your payroll in small increments or out of your last paycheck if given a two-week notice.
