EXECUTIVE ADMIN/ PROPOSAL COORDINATOR

DKD Electric, an industry leading New Mexico Electrical Sub-Contractor is in need of an Executive Admin/ Proposal Coordinator. Looking for an outgoing, self-starter that takes direction well and is able to work with all types of personalities

Administrative support entails working with our executive management team (make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, plan business lunches, and run errands, order office supplies and support the team with day to day company operations.) Must have excellent communication and organization skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.

Additional responsibilities encompass completion of prequalification/proposal packages, company information management, social media marketing and website maintenance

Must possess technical writing and editing skills and be tech savvy. Must be familiar with working with the following programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator

Candidate will preferably have a Bachelor in business administration, marketing or communications
